Invitation to Tender for Provision of Security Guard Services

1 The Singapore High Commission in Pretoria invites interested companies to tender for the provision of security guard services for the premises of the High Commission’s Chancery and High Official Residence, for a period of two (2) years commencing on 1 February 2022 and terminating on 31 January 2024, with an option for a further one (1) year period.
2 To obtain a copy of the tender documents, interested companies are requested to contact Mr Clarence Kang via email at singhc_pry@mfa.sg. A detailed scope of services will be provided to any company who wishes to participate in the Tender.
3 A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 10 or 13 December 2021 at 1000hrs at the High Commission. Non-attendance at the briefing will disqualify tender proposals from further evaluation and award. Interested companies should contact Mr Clarence Kang at +27 12 430 6035 or +27 79 337 7112, or via email at singhc_pry@mfa.sg to register for an appointment on one of the two designated briefing timeslots.
4 Tender offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Singapore High Commission, located at 980 Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria 0083, Republic of South Africa, by no later than 6 January 2022 at 1700hrs (South African Standard Time).

6 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of any Tender Offer.
7 The Tender Notice and the Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board of the High Commission.
