To All Suppliers

 

 

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF ARABIC LANGUAGE TRAINING

 

 

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore would like to invite you to quote for the provision of Arabic language training.

 

2 If you are interested or have any enquiries, please contact Vic-Consul Mr Bartholomew Goh at Tel: +968 24607760. We will then send the Quotation documents listed below to you.

 

3 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following attached Annexes, which constitute integral components of this Invitation, and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:

 

Annex A - Contract Agreement (to be signed upon Award)

Annex B - Requirements and Evaluation Criteria

Annex C - Quotation Conditions of Contract

Annex D - Form of Quotation Offer

 

4 Your Quotation Offer should be submitted using Annex D to the following email address: singcg_mct@mfa.sg . Please indicate the subject as “Quotation for Arabic Language Training”. All Quotation Offers should be received in the stipulated email address not later than 1.00 pm on Monday, 24 February 2020.

 

5 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.

 

6 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

7 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the Annexes. The Consulate-General also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.

 

8 Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the closing date of this invitation.

 

9 The Quotation Schedule and the Award Notice will be published in due course on the website of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore at www.mfa.gov.sg/muscat.
