03 May 2020

In view of the surge in the number of confirmed cases around the world - in particular in Iran, northern Italy (Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol), Japan and Republic of Korea - the Multi-Ministry Taskforce in Singapore has put in place further precautionary measures to limit the risk that these affected regions may pose to Singapore.

Travellers to Singapore can refer to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Updates on Border Control Measures in Response to COVID-19 and Ministry of Health (Singapore) press release Additional Precautionary Measures in Response to Escalating Global Situation for the additional measures implemented for incoming and outgoing travellers.
