INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OF INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM AT THE SINGAPORE CONSULATE GENERAL IN MEDAN
The Singapore Consulate-General in Medan would like to invite your company to quote for a comprehensive maintenance and servicing of the “Gunnebo” Integrated Security System at the Singapore Consulate-General.
Contract Details
The comprehensive service maintenance contract for the Consulate-General’s security system shall be for a base period of one (1) year from 19 February 2024 to 18 February 2025 with option to extend for another one (1) year from 19 February 2025 to 18 February 2026.
You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of the attached Annexes, which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein.
In submitting your quotation, please compute the value with the breakdown of materials and labour costs where applicable, and kindly note that the Consulate-General is a Diplomatic Mission and therefore exempted from taxes. All rates and prices should be exclusive of Taxes. All costs or expenses related to preparing the Quotation will be borne by you.

Any queries should be submitted to Consul (Admin and Consular) Yap Wee Ping not later than Wednesday 3 January 2024 before 4.00pm WIB.

Your submission should be addressed to Consul (A&C) Yap Wee Ping, in a sealed envelope no later than Monday, 8 January 2024 by 4.00 pm WIB.

The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote. The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and as prescribed in the Annexes.
Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation.

Information released to you in connection with this proposal is strictly confidential and shall be used strictly for the purpose of preparing the proposal. By accepting to participate in this quotation exercise, you undertake not to share or divulge any information to third parties under any circumstances.
