2 This Invitation to Quote is open from 9 September 2022 to 19 September 2022. A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Chancery and Official Residence on Wednesday, 14 September 2022 at 10.00 am. A maximum of two representatives per company will be allowed. The names of the representatives should be submitted to Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_pedrano@mfa.sg by Tuesday, 13 September 2022.
3 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
