Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan or submit through her email account at Jessica_Tan@mfa.gov.sg. The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 28 December 2020 at 4:30 pm.
