INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES (HCMC-ITQ-2022001)

1. Contract period
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City would like to invite interested vendors to quote for the Provision of Security Guard Services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City.
The contract period is for one (1) year from 1 September 2022 to 31 August 2023. The contract awarded may be extended for a further two (2) one (1)-year periods, from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024 and 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
Interested parties are to contact Mr Supramaniyam at singcg_hcm@mfa.sg to request for the quotation documents.
Please contact Mr Supramaniyam if you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date.
2. Closing Date
All interested parties must submit their bids to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in a sealed envelope.
All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 16 August 2022.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this Invitation to Quote.
