INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES (HCMC-ITQ-2019001)

1. Contract period
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City would like to invite interested vendors to quote for the Provision of Security Guard Services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City.
The contract period is for one (1) year from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020. The contract awarded may be extended for a further two (2) one (1)-year periods, from 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2021 and 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022.
Interested parties are to contact Mr Jeremiah Tailford at jeremiah_tailford@mfa.gov.sg to request for the quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule).
Please contact Mr Jeremiah Tailford if you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date.
2. Closing Date
All interested parties must submit their bids to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in a sealed envelope.
All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 4pm on Friday, 26 April 2019.
Late submissions will be disqualified.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this Invitation to Quote.
4. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
