APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) will be introducing a new eService which allows applicants to submit online Certificate of Clearance (COC) applications with effect from Tuesday, 21 June 2016.
Application submission and payment via credit/debit card or I-Banking can be done through the SPF eServices website at www.police.gov.sg/e-services. Access to the eService will require a login via Singpass for Singaporeans and via Foreign Identification Number (FIN) and passport number for foreigners. Successful applicants will be notified by email/SMS to book their fingerprint appointment via the same website. Please note that the fingerprint procedure for overseas applicants is different. Non-Singapore Citizens applying for the COC who require fingerprinting services may enquire with local notaries public or police stations for such services. With the introduction of this eService, walk-in COC applications at the Police Cantonment Complex will be discontinued. For enquiries, applicants may contact the COC Office at +65 6435 8277 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays, or via email at SPF_CID_COC@spf.gov.sg.
