You are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of an automatic transmission vehicle for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai.
If you are interested to participate in this ITT, please contact the Consulate-General by email at dubai_procurement@mfa.sg to receive the ITT documents.
The documents should be submitted to the same email address dubai_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as “[DXB-2024-001] Provision of an automatic transmission vehicle”. All submissions should reach this email address not later than 12pm noon on Wednesday, 24 April 2024. The bid should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this ITT.
All rates and prices quoted should be in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. The tenders received will be assessed broadly on the following criteria and corresponding weightage:
The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any bid. The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the website of the Consulate-General after the closing date of the ITT and after the Tender is awarded.
