The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Doha would like to invite interested companies to tender for the provision of security guards and security equipment maintenance for the Embassy, based on our specific requirements.
Interested companies should send an email to doha_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain the Invitation to Tender Package documents.
A mandatory site visit of the Embassy is a pre-requisite for the consideration of your tender offer. This visit, which aims to facilitate understanding of the requirements and accurate cost proposals, will take place on Wednesday, 12 January 2022 at 1000hrs. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement during the site visit.
Tender offers are to be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes addressed to the First Secretary (Admin & Consular). Please do not email tender offers. The closing date and time for tender submission is Monday, 7 February 2022 at 1300hrs.
The Singapore Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of the offer.
The Tender Schedule and Award notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s website.
