The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Doha would like to invite interested companies to quote for the provision of preventive maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and Fire Alarm systems for a period of two years from 15 June 2020 to 14 June 2022 with an option to extend for one year from 15 June 2022 to 14 June 2023.
Interested companies should send an email to doha_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain the Invitation to Quote Package documents.
Please note that all potential Contractors shall be required to attend a compulsory physical site visit at the Embassy to examine and inspect the premises and verify that it is able to provide all the Services prior to submitting their quotation offers. Quotation briefings will be held on 13 and 15 April 2020 at 1pm. Interested parties may attend the briefings on either day – subject to their signing of the Non-Disclosure Form which will be provided as part of the Invitation to Quote Package documents.
The Invitation to Quote will close on 19 April 2020 at 1530hrs

ITQ closing date will be extended from 19 April 2020, 1530hrs to 23 April 2020 at 1530hrs.
An additional compulsory physical site visit at the Embassy will be held on 21 April 2020 at 1pm for all interested parties.
