Applications for Singapore Citizenship have to be submitted online. The Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in via SingPass here to submit citizenship applications for their child(ren), including those born overseas. to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-service, eSC using his/her SingPass account. The Consulate-General will inform you when the citizenship certificate is ready for collection at our office. The applicant must attend at the office personally with the child to collect the citizenship certificate.
