INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BRASILIA FOR 1 YEAR FROM 24 AUGUST 2024, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR TWO YEARS

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Government of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to tender for the provision of security services to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Brasilia from 1 year from 24 August 2024, with the option to extend for two years until 23 August 2027.
2 Interested companies may contact Ms Liz Lee, First Secretary (Administration and Consular), at (61) 2191-6565, or email to brasilia_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the detailed Tender Documents and to seek clarifications. The Tender Documents include:
a. Cover Letter with the prescribed Form of Tender;
b. Instructions to Tenderers;
c. Conditions of Contract;
d. Requirement Specifications;
e. Guidelines for Tenderers; and,
f. Evaluation Criteria.
3 The tender opening period is from Friday, 5 April 2024. A site inspection will be held for interested vendors at 10am on Friday, 12 April 2024 at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Brasilia located at SHIS QL 24, Conjunto 03 Casa 11, Lago Sul, Brasilia, CEP 71665-035. Tenderers can email brasilia_procurement@mfa.sg to indicate their interest in participating in the tender and the site inspection at the Embassy.
4 All Tender Offers must be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Brasilia by hand in sealed envelopes addressed to Ms Liz Lee, before 10 May 2024, 1700h (local Brasilia time). Tender offers received after the deadline will not be considered.
5 Please note that the Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. The schedule of Tenders Received and the Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy of Singapore’s bulletin board.
