The Government of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to participate in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the provision of outsourcing services for one temporary G20 Coordinating Secretary to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Brasilia from 1 June to 30 November 2024.

The quotation opening period is from Wednesday, 10 April 2024 to Tuesday, 23 April 2024, 1700h (Brasilia Time). All Quotation Offers must be submitted to the email address brasilia_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the email subject as “BSB-ITQ-01/2024 – ITQ for the provision of outsourcing services to the Embassy of Singapore in Brasilia”. Quotation Offers received after the deadline will not be considered.
Please note that the Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. The schedule of Quotations Received and the Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy of Singapore’s bulletin board.
