The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified project managers to submit their offers for the above-mentioned procurement exercise.
Request and Submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Interested project managers are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Please note that the site survey as well as the issuance of the Invitation To Quote (ITQ) documents can only be arranged after a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a copy of the identification card (ID) of your company’s appointed officers who will attend the briefing session have been submitted to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.
Site Survey and Collection of ITQ Documents
An appointment for the site survey will be arranged individually with interested project managers. Please note that the site survey is compulsory. All relevant ITQ documents will be provided during the on-site survey to participating project managers. Project managers who do not participate in the site surveys will be disqualified from consideration.
The on-site survey will take place on the following dates/times:
Tuesday, 18 July 2023, 1000–1300 hours
or
Wednesday, 19 July 2023, 1400-1700 hours
Submission of Quotation and ITQ Period
Interested project managers may submit their bids together with all supporting documents in English and only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.
Please ensure that all ITQ documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg with the following email subject no later than 1700 hours on 25 July 2023:

ITQ Opening Date: Friday, 14 July 2023
ITQ Closing Date: Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)
The Schedule of Quotation and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
