The MFA Family Day was held on 23 August 2008. The theme for this year was "Carnival Fiesta". The adults and kids were entertained by face painters, balloon artists, henna tattooists and carnival game stalls. The magic show and fire act were well-received by everyone. The MFA staff and their family members also took part in the numerous contests and telematches. The Guest-of -Honour, Minister George Yeo paid tribute to the MFA staff and their families in his welcome speech and presented prizes to the top 5 lucky draw winners.
