| The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea, Mr Ban Ki-moon, will make an official visit to Singapore from 23-25 July 2006 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo. |

This will be the first official visit by Mr Ban in his capacity as Foreign Minister. While in Singapore, Mr Ban will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, Deputy Prime Minister S Jayakumar and Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo. . . . . . .
