MFA Spokesman's Comments on Minister Jayakumar

In response to queries from the media, the MFA Spokesman said that Minister Jayakumar's condition has improved. He has been discharged from the hospital in London on Wednesday afternoon (10 Dec 03).

Minister Jayakumar is expected to return to Singapore on Friday (12 Dec 03).
