T.H.E Dance Company will be performing at the forthcoming Beijing Modern Dance Festival at the People's Liberation Army Theatre on 25 July 2012 at 7.30pm. See details in summary below.

T.H.E Dance Company is a Singapore professional contemporary dance company established in 2008 by artistic director, Mr Kuik Swee Boon. The Company will be performing one of its well-loved contemporary dance classics, As It Fades, at the Beijing Modern Dance Festival. As It Fades was selected by The Straits Times as "One of the Top Three Performances in Singapore 2011”, and is only brought back to stage at the invitation of the festival organizers. This piece pays homage to Asian traditions and their fading presence in our lives, through the use of folk songs and dialects. As It Fades juxtaposes Singapore’s unique heritage with modern life.
