Ministry of Health (MOH) Public Health Advisory

Singapore has implemented the SafeTravel Lanes to facilitate travel while safeguarding public health amidst the COVID-19  pandemic. Travellers should refer to the ICA SafeTravel website for the latest information on travelling to/from or transiting through Singapore. For the latest updates on Singapore's COVID-19 situation, please refer to the MOH website at https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19.   

 

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all travellers entering Cabo Verde are required to produce a physical COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen (Ag-RDT) test. The test(s) must be completed no more than 72 hours prior to departure. Children under the age of 7 are not required to produce a COVID-19 test.

 

Internal inter-island flights and passenger ferries are operation. Passengers travelling between islands are required to complete and online Health Surveillance Form and produce a physical COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 PCT or antigen (Ag-RDT) test. The test(s) must be completed no more than 72 hours prior to departure.

As entry restrictions may change at short notice, we advise you to contact your travel agency, or the nearest Embassy of Cabo Verde, to ensure that you have accurate information for your specific purpose prior to departure. 

 

Please note that Singapore has no diplomatic representation in Cabo Verde which constrains our ability to extend consular assistance in an emergency. Singaporeans may stay up to 90 days in Cabo Verde without a visa. As visa requirements often change at short notice, we advise you to contact your travel agency, or the Consulate of Carbo Verde in Singapore for up-to-date information. There should be at least six months' validity on your passport on the expected date of departure from Carbo Verde.
