Job Scope

  • Drive digitisation of the Ministry's records to enable a paper-less workplace
  • Promote the Ministry's Knowledge Management initiatives
  • Ensure efficient and timely operations and service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and systems that include:
    • Effective management of the Ministry's records
    • Controlled access to records by staff
    • Timely archival and destruction of records
    • Compliance with established policies through regular audit checks, stock-takes and training
    • Approach for and oversight of the Registry master planning

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen
  • Degree in a related discipline or working experience in Knowledge Management or Records Management
  • At least 5 years of working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
