Use our advice together with your own research from reputable sources to plan your trip.
Entry and Exit
Singapore passport holders do not require a visa for a stay of up to 90 days, provided they are bona fide visitors.
Visitors should ensure that their passport is valid for the duration of stay and that they meet entry conditions.
Safety and Security
Petty crime (e.g. theft of wallets, passports, and mobile phones) can occur, particularly in crowded areas and tourist locations. Travellers should remain vigilant, safeguard valuables, and avoid leaving belongings unattended.
Credit card and ATM fraud may occur. Travellers should take precautions when using ATMs and monitor accounts for unauthorised transactions.
Local Laws
Cyprus enforces strict penalties for drug-related offences (including possession and use).
Travellers should exercise care when moving between areas and ensure they comply with local entry/exit requirements. Entering or exiting Cyprus through North Cyprus ports/airports may be treated as illegal by the Republic of Cyprus authorities.
Local Emergency Contacts
General Emergency (Police / Fire / Ambulance): 112 or 199
