Armenia
Use our advice together with your own research from reputable sources to plan your trip.
Entry and Exit
Singaporeans may enter Armenia visa-free for short stays of up to 180 days from date of initial entry within a 12-month period.
As immigration requirements can change at short notice, travellers are advised to check the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa website for the latest information.
Safety and Security
Travellers should exercise vigilance and take precautions for their personal safety. Petty crimes such as pickpocketing and theft may occur, especially in crowded areas and on public transport. Keep valuables out of sight and remain alert in tourist areas.
Travellers should avoid travel to areas near the Armenia–Azerbaijan border, as the security situation may be unpredictable and could deteriorate without warning. Monitor local developments closely and follow the instructions of local authorities.
Local Laws
Travellers should familiarise themselves with local laws and customs. Penalties for drug-related offences may be severe.
Travellers are advised to carry identification and relevant travel documents with them at all times, and to cooperate with local authorities if requested to produce them.
