My experience in MFA has been challenging yet fulfilling. I started out in the Human Resource Directorate, before I transitioned into my role as Attaché (Admin & Consular) at the Singapore High Commission in London. Currently, I serve as Third Secretary (Admin & Technical) at the Singapore Embassy in Tel Aviv, where I was part of the team tasked to set up Mission from scratch.

Mid-career switch

I was looking for a change in my career and was drawn to MFA due to the highly dynamic environment and the opportunity for fresh challenges. A career here offers unique experiences at every turn, allowing me to build confidence and expertise. I am grateful for the knowledge and exposure gained, particularly through the Singapore Government’s Smart Nation initiative. Knowing that I am contributing to Singapore’s success motivates me to continue striving for excellence in my work.
