As the security situation in Maldives remains fluid, Singaporeans are advised to defer all non-essential travel to Male Island for the time being. Singaporeans who are already in the Maldives are advised to avoid rally areas, take all necessary precautions for their personal safety and monitor closely developments on the ground through the local media and through their hosts/contacts there.
