His Excellency Mohammad Abdullah S. Al Ghamdi

Ambassador Mohammad Abdullah S. Al Ghamdi, born on 20 March 1978, is a senior Saudi diplomat with a career spanning the political, technical, and multilateral fields. He holds a Master's degree in software engineering from the Australian National University (2008) and a Bachelor's degree in information systems from King Saud University (2001). Ambassador Al Ghamdi is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Ambassador Al Ghamdi served as Minister Plenipotentiary and Director of the Office of the Deputy Minister for Political Affairs at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2023 to 2025, following a series of prominent diplomatic assignments. His previous overseas postings include senior political and media roles at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Khartoum, the Royal Embassy in Washington D.C., as well as the Royal Embassy in New Delhi where he served as Deputy Ambassador and led the political, congressional, and information teams. He has also represented Saudi Arabia at the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization.
Earlier in his career, Ambassador Al Ghamdi headed the IT and computer hardware divisions at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Canberra, as well as at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ambassador Al Ghamdi is married with two sons and one daughter, and enjoys sports, food and reading.

High Commissioner Uma Shanker Mishra is a distinguished Diplomat, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist, currently serving as the Special Envoy to Asia for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. In this role, he is instrumental in advancing diplomatic relations and representing the nation’s interests across Asia. His diplomatic work is complemented by extensive entrepreneurial ventures, particularly in the hospitality sector.
He is the Founder and Chairman of Sovereign Pacific Capital Ltd. (Toronto, Canada), an international capital investment and wealth management firm. Over the course of a career spanning more than 25 years, he has made significant contributions as an Attorney, Solicitor, Investment Banker, and Philanthropist. His expertise in strengthening strategic banking portfolios is well recognized, with notable tenures at leading global institutions.
At SPC Group, he oversees a substantial global asset portfolio encompassing investment management, wealth management, research, and capital markets. He provides independent oversight and guidance in risk management and compliance, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks across the organization.
Beyond his financial and diplomatic endeavours, High Commissioner Mishra is the Founder of the Global Human Care Foundation, an organization dedicated to charitable initiatives across Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. He also actively engages with several international organizations focused on risk, finance, sustainable governance, and policy development.
His multifaceted career exemplifies leadership, vision, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Through his contributions in diplomacy, finance, and philanthropy, High Commissioner Mishra continues to make a meaningful impact across diverse sectors and regions worldwide.

His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Malki Al Jehani
Ambassador to Singapore

Ambassador Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Al Malki Al Jehani joined the Qatari government service in 1988 and was appointed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in February 2015. He currently holds the diplomatic rank of Minister and previously served as Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the European Union, a position he was appointed to in September 2021.
Ambassador Al Jehani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Martin’s University, USA (1988), and a Master’s degree in Political Science from La Sapienza University of Rome (2016). He began his professional career at Qatar Petroleum where he served from 1988 to 2002, later becoming Director of the Office of the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry, as well as Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Petroleum until 2011. He subsequently assumed several senior roles, including General Commissioner of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority and Chairman of Qatar Fertilizer Company.
His diplomatic experience includes serving as Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Italian Republic and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of San Marino from 2015, as well as Permanent Representative to several international organisations. In 2016, he was appointed Vice-President of the Food and Agriculture Organization Council of the United Nations.
Ambassador Al Jehani is married and has four children.
