AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Ambassador Hotmangaradja Pandjaitan arrived in Singapore on 22 January 2026 to assume his duties as the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Singapore. Prior to this appointment, he served as Special Assistant to the Minister of Defence for Strategic Environment from 2019 to 2024.
This appointment marks his second ambassadorial posting, following his tenure as Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the French Republic from 2014 to 2018. His extensive public service career also includes service as Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
A retired Lieutenant General of the Indonesian Armed Forces, Ambassador Pandjaitan graduated from the Indonesian Armed Forces Academy (Special Forces Command) in 1977 and held various senior military commands throughout his distinguished career. He obtained his Doctorate from Padjadjaran University in 2011. Ambassador Pandjaitan is the father of two children.

Prior to his appointment as Ambassador of Georgia to Singapore, Ambassador Tornike Nozadze served as Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of Georgia in Indonesia, with concurrent accreditation to ASEAN, the Philippines, Singapore, and Timor-Leste. In addition to his appointment as Ambassador of Georgia to Singapore, he is also concurrently Ambassador of Georgia to Indonesia.
Ambassador Nozadze joined the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2017 as the Director of the Strategic Communications Department, and subsequently served in the Embassy of Georgia in Finland as the Chargé d’Affaires (2019–2023). Before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he served as Adviser to the State Minister (2014–2015), and Deputy Head of the European Integration Department (2013–2014) at the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. In addition to his diplomatic career, Ambassador Nozadze is an Associate Professor at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Ambassador Nozadze holds a double degree of Master of Arts and Master of Science in European Studies from the University of Twente (Netherlands) and Wilhelms-Universität Münster (Germany). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Berkshire (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Technical University (Georgia).
Ambassador Nozadze is married and has two daughters.

Ambassador IPO Gbolié Désiré Wulfran is a graduate of a Master of Private Economy at the “Universite Nationale d’Abidjan” (Cote d’Ivoire). In 1991, he got a Graduate Degree (Major Diplomacy) at the National School of Administration of Abidjan (Cote d’Ivoire).
Ambassador IPO Gbolié Désiré Wulfran was Deputy Director of Workforce Management and Scheduling at the Department of Human Resources in Abidjan from February 2006 to January 2010.
Ambassador IPO Gbolié Désiré Wulfran was appointed as Second Counselor for Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Cote d’Ivoire to the People’s Republic of China from 1997 to 2005; First Counselor at the Embassy of Cote d’Ivoire in Brussels from 2010 to 2014; Minister Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and to the European Union from 2014 to 2017; Deputy Permanent Representative of Cote d’Ivoire to the United Nations from 2018 to 2024; and then, Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire in Japan on June 14, 2024.
Born on March 20, 1964, in Korhogo (Cote d’Ivoire), Ambassador IPO Gbolié Désiré Wulfran is married and has three children.
