HIS EXCELLENCY MARIO JOSÉ ARMENGOL CAMPOS
AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF NICARAGUA
Mario José Armengol Campos currently serves as Ambassador of Nicaragua to Vietnam, with concurrent accreditation to Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines and, most recently, Singapore. He previously served as Chargé d’Affaires ad interim and Minister Counsellor with consular functions at the Embassy of Nicaragua in the Dominican Republic.
Ambassador Armengol has served three years in the Nicaraguan Foreign Service and has over seven years of experience in public administration, diplomacy, and international cooperation. He was a recognised student leader at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua and is currently the youngest Ambassador of Nicaragua in service.
Ambassador Armengol holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology of Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Diplomacy and Political Science from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, as well as a Diploma in Leadership and Political Management from Universidad Americana, Managua, Nicaragua.

HIS EXCELLENCY LUKMON BOBOKALONZODA
AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN
Ambassador Lukmon Bobokalonzoda, who is resident in New Delhi, has been Tajikistan’s Ambassador to the Republic of India since November 2020, with concurrent accreditation to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (since May 2025) and the Republic of Maldives (since June 2025).
Prior to assuming post in India, Ambassador Bobokalonzoda headed the Department for External Economic Cooperation at the Tajikistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2020. He had also served overseas assignments at Tajikistan’s Permanent Mission to the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and United Nations (UN) organisations in Vienna as well as Tajikistan's Permanent Mission to the UN in New York.
Ambassador Bobokalonzoda graduated from the Polytechnical University of Tajikistan in 1992 and completed his postgraduate studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Federation in 2000.
Ambassador Bobokalonzoda is married with three children and is fluent in Russian, English and German.
