Official Visit of Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia Penny Wong and Minister for Trade and Tourism of Australia Don Farrell, 16 to 18 April 2026


Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia Penny Wong and Minister for Trade and Tourism of Australia Don Farrell will make an Official Visit to Singapore from 16 to 18 April 2026.


The Ministers will meet and be hosted to dinner by Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan and Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy, Science and Technology Dr Tan See Leng, and visit Jurong Island. Minister Wong will also call on Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong.


The Ministers’ visit is a follow up to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s visit on 10 April 2026, and reaffirms the excellent state of bilateral relations underpinned by the Singapore-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) 2.0, which was launched by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and Prime Minister Albanese in October 2025.
