Official Visit of Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr Johann Wadephul to Singapore, 2 February 2026

Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr Johann Wadephul will make an Official Visit to Singapore on 2 February 2026. This will be his first visit to Singapore as Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs. Singapore and Germany share a substantive and longstanding relationship, which was elevated to a Strategic Partnership in 2024.

 Minister Wadephul will make a courtesy call on Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong. He will also be hosted to breakfast by Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan.
