Official Visit by His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Darussalam, 28 September to 2 October 2026

            His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Darussalam, will make an official visit to Singapore from 28 September to 2 October 2026, at the invitation of Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong. His Royal Highness and PM will co-chair the 12^th Singapore-Brunei Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP).

            Launched in 2013, the annual YLP serves to build and deepen ties between the next generation of leaders on both sides. It reflects the strong commitment of both countries to enhance our special bilateral relationship. It is also an opportunity to discuss ways to advance our partnership in areas of shared interest including the digital and green economies, finance, defence, and food security.

            His Royal Highness will be accompanied by a delegation comprising Brunei Minister of Transport and Info-Communication Dato Seri Setia Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos and senior officials.

            During the YLP, His Royal Highness will be hosted by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, PM, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong, and other Singapore leaders.

            His Royal Highness will also visit Tuas Port, SAFTI City, Temasek Shophouse, the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Biodiversity Medicine, Sultan Mosque, the Malay Heritage Centre, the Singapore Oceanarium, Punggol Digital District, and the Singapore Institute of Technology.
