I am shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of lives by the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington.
I would like to convey my deepest condolences to you, the families of all the bereaved and the people and government of the United States of America.
We join you and others in strongly condemning these acts of terrorism.
