In response to media queries on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) return to the Six-Party Talks, the MFA Spokesman said:
"It is a welcome and encouraging development. We hope that the DPRK and the other parties will build on the Joint Statement of 19 September 2005 to work out a comprehensive solution to the Korean nuclear issue."
