On the trial of Dr Silviu Ionescu, the MFA Spokesman said:
"The Ministry has been informed that the Prosecution Office of Romania has decided to appeal against the decision of the Court to allow Dr Silviu Ionescu to travel outside of Bucharest. The hearing for the appeal is scheduled for 7 February 2011."
