      Singapore strongly condemns this copycat attack in Stockholm on 7 April 2017 which was senseless and unjustifiable.  We extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wish the injured a swift recovery. 

      MFA has reached out to Singaporeans who are e-registered in Stockholm. The Singapore Embassy in Berlin is also in contact with the Swedish authorities.  Thus far, there have been no reports of Singaporeans injured or directly affected by the incident.

      Singaporeans in Stockholm are advised to monitor the news, heed the advice of the local authorities and keep in touch with their family and friends so that they know you are safe. Those who require urgent consular assistance should contact the Singapore Embassy in Berlin or the 24-hour MFA Duty Office at:
