MFA SPOKESMAN'S COMMENTS IN RESPONSE TO PRESS QUERIES

"We are working with our Embassy in Jakarta. The Embassy is in touch with the local authorities in Bali. We are trying to ascertain if there are any Singaporean casualties. We are also in touch with some Singaporeans who are currently in Bali. Up to now, there are no reports of Singaporean casualties. We are continuing to check. Friends and relatives of those travelling in Bali can call the MFA Consular Hotline at 6332-0000 for updates."
