MFA Spokesman's comments in response to media queries on the decision of the Romanian Court to allow Dr Silviu Ionescu's application for leave to travel outside Bucharest:
"We are obliged to respect the decision of the Court. We understand that the Court had imposed a number of supplementary obligations and that the Prosecution Office has a right of appeal against the court's decision. We await the decision of the Prosecution Office."
