In response to media queries concerning Singaporeans affected by the recent disorder and violence in London, the MFA Spokesman said:

Our Mission in London is monitoring the situation closely and we have thus far not received any reports of any Singaporeans affected by the riots. Singaporeans in London or who are travelling to London are advised to monitor developments closely through the news media, heed the advice of local authorities and take all necessary precautions for their personal safety. Singaporeans are also urged to eRegister with us at https://eregister.mfa.gov.sg. Those requiring consular assistance can contact the Singapore High Commission in London or MFA Duty Office (24 hours) at:
