In response to media queries on the attacks outside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut, the MFA Spokesman said:
"Singapore condemns the terrorist attack outside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut which resulted in the loss of many lives, including a member of the Iranian Embassy, and a large number of injuries. We convey our deepest condolences to the families of the victims of the attack. It is deplorable that diplomatic compounds are being targeted for attacks."
