Dr Charles Murigande, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda will visit Singapore from 16 to 19 March 2005. Dr Murigande will call on Deputy Prime Minister Prof S Jayakumar, Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo and Second Minister for Education Dr Ng Eng Hen. This is the first working visit by Dr Murigande to Singapore. Given the existing friendly relations between the two countries, both countries will agree to establish diplomatic relations during this visit.
