        Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan visited Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, on 15 September 2017 and met Myanmar State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.  They discussed the situation in Rakhine State and how ASEAN could support Myanmar in providing humanitarian assistance to all affected communities.
