Federal Foreign Minister of Germany Dr Guido Westerwelle is visiting Singapore from 8 to 10 February 2013. Dr Westerwelle will be accompanied by officials from the Federal Foreign Ministry of Germany.

During his visit, Dr Westerwelle will meet with and be hosted to lunch by Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam on 9 February 2013.

Dr Westerwelle will deliver a public lecture entitled "Europe at a Crossroads: The Path towards Fresh Growth" as part of the IISS Fullerton Lecture series on 8 February 2013.
