Senior Minister of State (SMS) for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rasheed will lead the Singapore delegation to the third Bali Process Regional Ministerial Conference in Bali, Indonesia from 14 to 15 April 2009. At the conference, SMS Zainul will engage with other participating countries on the issues of people smuggling, trafficking in persons and related transnational crime. SMS Zainul will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs and Attorney-General's Chambers.
