Mr Aburizal Bakrie, Chairman of Indonesia’s GOLKAR Party, who is currently visiting Singapore with a delegation from GOLKAR’s Central Leadership Board, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong this afternoon. They had a general discussion on developments in Indonesia and the region. Earlier today, Mr Bakrie and delegation were hosted to lunch by Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law Mr K Shanmugam. The discussions over lunch were wide ranging covering regional and international developments.
