        Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu, who is in the Republic of Turkey from 23 to 24 April 2015 on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the Çanakkale Land Battles, was hosted to lunch by Turkey Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Ҫavuşoğlu on 23 April 2015. 

        At the lunch, Minister Fu and Minister Ҫavuşoğlu affirmed the excellent relations between Singapore and Turkey and discussed opportunities to strengthen trade and investment links.  The Ministers welcomed the good progress achieved in the negotiations of the Turkey-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (TRSFTA) and looked forward to its early conclusion.  They also exchanged views on regional developments. 

        Minister Fu will attend the official Centennial Commemoration Ceremonies in Çanakkale today.
