Minister George Yeo had a bilateral meeting with Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura today. At the meeting, the issue of Japan's resumption of oil refuelling activities in the Indian Ocean was discussed. Minister George Yeo expressed strong support for the early resumption of these activities as they contribute to stabilising the situation in Afghanistan and international efforts against terrorism.
