Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo called on Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at the Prime Minister's Official Residence yesterday. Minister Yeo and PM Singh discussed the excellent state of bilateral relations and cooperation. Minister Yeo conveyed PM Lee Hsien Loong's good wishes and reiterated PM Lee's invitation to PM Singh to visit Singapore. PM Singh responded positively and welcomed the launch of the second review of CECA, expressing confidence that it would further strengthen relations. He encouraged more Singapore companies to explore investment opportunities in infrastructural development. | |
