Singapore's Chargé d'Affaires a.i. in Brussels, Mr Desmond Koh will attend the hearing of the former Romanian Chargé d'Affaires in Singapore Dr Silviu Ionescu in Bucharest, Romania on 17 November 2010. Mr Koh is attending the hearing on behalf of Singapore's Special Envoy to Romania, Ambassador Anil Kumar Nayar, who is in Singapore. He will be accompanied by a representative from the Attorney-General's Chambers.
