Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rasheed will visit the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (Libya) from 18 to 21 October 2010 and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 22 to 25 October 2010.

In Tripoli, SMS Zainul will meet with senior Libyan leaders to discuss opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between Libya and Singapore.

In the UAE, SMS Zainul will meet with senior leaders including the Ruler of Sharjah His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi. He will meet Singaporean residents in Dubai.
